Cane Castle is located within a 1 minute walk of the beach and offers self catering accommodation for up to 15 people. The house has sea views and accommodation that is comfortable, user-friendly and includes all the essentials
Please note: Minimum December booking must be at least 2 weeks long. The house is available up until 26 December 2013.
Upstairs:
Very comfortable, user-friendly, nothing too fancy, lovely sea-view from the deck & front bedrooms, has all essentials & just a stone's throw away from the beach.
Kitchen: Stove, microwave, washing-up facilities (dbl sink), cupboards, ironing facilities, crockery, cutlery, pots & pans (If you have a favourite knife or pair of kitchen scissors or pot, you might want to take them along.
Laundry: Washing machine in bathroom.
Lounge: Plenty of seating, dining room table, hot tray, drinks fridge (the bait fridge too). Tenants are required to bring their own dstv decoder and smart card if they wish to make use of the DSTV facility.
Pantry: Large fridge separate deepfreeze and shelves.
Games Room: (above garage) Billiard table, table tennis, darts. Take your own darts.
Bedrooms: 3 DBL beds with incredible sea view. One has en suite and another also has a dbl bunk) plus one other room with a bunk bed.
Linen: All linen and pillows provided but not bath or beach towels.
Bathrooms: One en-suite with shower & loo, one bathroom, one separate shower & 2 separate loos. A cold water shower outside at the back to clean off after a swim. Plenty of hot water. Please take all other essentials e.g. toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid etc.
Parking: There is parking upstairs for 2 vehicles behind a boom; any other vehicles / trailers to be parked downstairs on the lawn.
Braai Area: On the back patio.
Garage: Tables, chairs, umbrellas, buckets etc are for your own convenience but please refrain from using private equipment like fishing gear, beach buggie, tools etc. Garage doors at both ends.
Electricity: Find the electrical box half way down the passage on the right. Switch on lights, geyser, & plugs. Please defrost the fridges and leave the doors open also switch off the electricity before you leave; unless we arrange otherwise.
Downstairs: (no internal link to upstairs)

Parking: Open parking area directly in front but below the flat.
Electricity: Switch on when you go into the kitchen. Switch on lights, geyser, & plugs. Please defrost the fridges and leave the doors open also switch off the electricity before you leave.
Rates: In season, R1600 per day. Out of season, R1200 per day. (Subject to change)
