This route takes you back up the hill you came down when entering Mazeppa Bay. Then turns left into the Manubi forest. The route cuts through the centre of the forest and comes out on the other side, where you follow a cattle trail down to the Ngqwara river. Cross the river and head up the hill to a little rural village. Join in on the villages roads until you come out on a gravel road that takes you back to the main gravel road to Mazeppa Bay.
Mazeppa Bay is a great spot for game fishing, particularly for garrick and various species of shark. Popular spots include the island and Shark Point, where the water runs deep very close to the shore, allowing easy access to game fish.
